STRUCTURAL REPAIRS.

Dan Lepore & Sons Co. is expert at the execution of the most complex structural repairs to buildings both new and old. A representative example is the Philadelphia National Bank building, for which we replaced over 100,000 SF of brick veneer and brick trusses, furnishing new anchorage throughout. The building was fully occupied and functioning during the entire project.

Shown here, a project on an older building demonstrates the full range of our skills. Dan Lepore and Sons, Inc. removed the massive granite treads from the main staircase of the Philadelphia Art Museum, performed extensive repairs to the concrete foundation (poured 4,000 CF of concrete), installed waterproofing membrane and replaced the granite treads. This project was fast tracked as this busy municipal Art Museum was operational during entire project.
